Disposal of property to ‘special interest party’ – Surplus property (Dormant), London
AU CONSULTANCY advised on a London based local authority on behalf of our client to dispose a dormant/surplus property. Following a valuation exercise AUC ensured that the special interest party was invited to register their interest during a period of exclusivity prior to marketing the property on the open market.
The best offer we client was able in excess of the valuation and client was able to incorporate restrictive covenant limiting future developments.
